Social Networks

Social networks are the first line to get your referral link out, millions of people surf social networking sites everyday. So tell your friends, tell your family and tell the world about your program!

Referral Exchanges

This is one of the best methods to get referrals. These sites genrally work on points, you sign up and be an active referral to a program on the website, and they will give you points in return. Use those points to buy active referrals for your link. Some good forums to use here too.

Chat Rooms

Talking to people directly is a good method to gain referrals, you can sell it to them, help them sign up, explain to them how to earn lots of money or just point them to this blog!

Forums

Here is a list of forums you can use to post your link, these are from a variety of back grounds so its best to use a banner as your signature. Sign up to the forums that interest you, being active in the forum helps get your signature seen by more, reliable information being posted helps a long way

Traffic/Link Exchanges

Grab your referral link and enter it into exchanges, generally view other peoples links for them to view yours, just adding your referral link will let the website sell itself.

Online Classifieds

Here is yet another place you can put your referral link up!

Other Methods

Anything listed here will not fit into any above category but will be other methods possible.
